Words and Music
The stories and poems in this area of the website are all original but are, by no means, everything I have written that is worth reading. Some stories and poems go back to when I was very young and just starting out at school.
I have developed an interest in early 2007 in sailing the seven C's of good story telling: Composition, Clarity, Conciseness, Cleverness, Creativity, Completeness and Caution. It's not something I learned at school. It's my own list of the important C's.
I just added two more stories this month (February 2008). Click on the photo and you can choose to read from a number of stories and poems.
These are snapshots of real life incidents that have happened to me over the years. Or rather, in some cases, nuggets of wisdom, as my mom calls them. Some of them are funny and some of them are serious. All of them are true. Click on the photo and you wil find a number of Lewisisms listed. But there are a lot of Lewisisms that haven't made it to the site yet. I don't always know what's a Lewisism until someone else points it out to me. More Lewisisms will be added eventually.
I have written some music using the SONY Acid recording program and loops that my mom and her friends make or that we download from www.acidplanet.com. My music can best be described as Industrial Techno with a Percussive Bent.
I am hoping to be able to sync my new found interest in computer animation to some of the music I have recorded in the past. Click on the photo to listen to some of my music.
